Scheduling
When do pickups happen?
Pickups run after Christmas, December 26, 2026 through January 17, 2027. Choose your preferred date and time window when you book, and we'll follow up to confirm the exact pickup.
Why book now if my pickup isn't until after Christmas?
Booking early lets us plan an efficient pickup route, so you get the date you want. And anyone who books in November saves $5 on every tree.
Can I change or cancel my pickup?
Of course. Reply to your confirmation email and we'll update your request.
Do I need to be home?
Since your tree is inside, someone will need to let us in. If that's tricky, add a note in the special instructions box and we'll work something out when we confirm.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
$50 per tree, all-inclusive: the wrap, careful removal, needle cleanup and haul-away. Book in November and it's just $45 per tree. No hidden fees.
How does the November discount work?
The discount is based on the date you book, not the date we pick up. Book any day in November and you'll get $5 off every tree, even though your pickup happens after Christmas. The booking form applies it automatically.
Do I pay when I book?
No. Nothing is charged online. Your booking is a request; we'll confirm your pickup and payment details when we follow up.
The removal
How does the removal work?
We arrive in your confirmed window, wrap the tree in a protective tree bag right where it stands so loose needles stay contained, then carefully carry it out. We clean up any needles and droppings left behind and haul the tree away for disposal.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
Just remove the ornaments, lights, tree topper and tree skirt. Leave the tree in its stand and we'll take it from there. A clear path to the door helps too.
What types of trees do you accept?
We remove natural trees of every size, from tabletop to extra-tall, and artificial trees you're ready to part with. Let us know the type and size on the booking form so we come prepared.
What happens to my tree?
We haul it away for proper disposal, so you never have to wonder what to do with it.
